Who can stay at Chaliyar Homes?
We host boys only — college students and working professionals. Both long-stay and monthly plans are available.
What room types do you offer?
Double sharing and triple sharing rooms, all fully furnished with beds, mattresses, wardrobes, study desks, ceiling fans and attached bathrooms with hot water.
Are meals included?
Yes — we provide delicious, hygienic, Kerala meals prepared fresh every day for our residents.
Is there Wi-Fi and power backup?
High-speed Wi-Fi covers every floor and full generator backup keeps lights, fans and internet running during outages.
How is security handled?
24/7 CCTV surveillance across entry points, corridors and common areas, along with restricted visitor access.
What is the check-in process?
